PROOF POLICY
- Proofs will be sent on all items that are personalized. You will get a proof within 48 hours of the order being placed. If you have not responded to the proof within 48 hours of receiving it, we will send it out as proofed and take that as approval.
SHIPPING POLICY
-All items will be shipped WITHIN 3 weeks, this may be sooner but we will not promise. If you have a very specific inhands date, please reach out to us via message to confirm that we can meet that date without a rush fee.
-We are not liable for damages caused by USPS, once the item leaves our possession we cannot be held responsible for how it is handled. If something were to happen to the package in transit, you will want to contact USPS for a refund first. If you haven't received updated tracking info, we cannot find that for you, you will also want to reach out to USPS as well to get further tracking.
